Carbon Base operates from 6am - 2pm Monday to Friday. Deliveries can be made for this window only.
If you are looking for a delivery / quote outside of these hours, we take these by application. Please email us with your requirements.
We can cater for all dietary requirements. These are labelled and boxed separately.
When ordering, please order items that cover the dietaries of your guests. If you are unsure what to order to cover requirements, please email or call us and one of our friendly staff members can point you in the right direction. Simply writing them in the order notes may result in them being missed in production.
Delivery cut-off is at 11am the day before your scheduled delivery date. (Friday 11am for Monday)
For any last-minute orders, we encourage you to reach out to us by phone, and we will do our best to assist you. However, please note that accommodating such requests may not always be possible due to timing and availability constraints.
